We recognize that everyone’s sleep is important during this 2-night retreat. You will be asked on the registration form if you snore or use a BiPAP or CPAP. We will do our best to accommodate like-sleepers.

One of the houses is a 2-story building with bedrooms upstairs. If you have mobility limitations, you will be able to note your first-story preference during registration.

Houses and Deluxe Cabins can be locked from inside at night, but there are no keys.

There is no maid service.

Vehicles can be used to move around the campsite from houses to dining room for those with mobility issues.

Vegetarian meals can be provided if you select this option during the online registration.

Westminster Woods will provide their menu a month prior to our retreat. Guests will be offered:

  • Local, fresh fruits, vegetables, and breads
  • Gourmet teas & organic Taylor-Maid coffee
  • Sonoma County farms’ milk and milk products
  • Boxed lunches for hiking or day trips

If you have special meal restrictions, including gluten allergies, you can bring your own entree to supplement the buffet. A refrigerator and microwave are available in the dining hall for anyone needing to bring special food items due to dietary restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Westminster is not a peanut-free facility.

We are required to bus our own dishes in the dining room, wipe tables, and stack chairs.

Westminster Woods is a non-smoking campus.

However, if you select that option at registration, the facility will create a designated smoking area.
