Come browse through more than 100 exhibitor booths staffed by bookstores, local authors, and book related associations.

Redwood Writers Village – Redwood Writers want to make a splash. Come to the Redwood Writers Village and get your member badge so that as you walk around the Festival, RWs are everywhere!
Redwood Writers Reading Circle – Come listen to over 50 readers from all across the community read from their works.
There are author panels and speakers at the Library Forum Room, food, music, performances and readings. A full day of exciting events, all about books.
Enjoy the sun on a Saturday afternoon, stroll, eat, visit with friends, meet authors and booksellers, attend panel discussions…in other words, have a ball! A day for writers that no writer should miss!!

-we need 4 volunteers (at least) at a time to man the booth (we have lots of booth space this year to cover – which is good news!)
-volunteer schedule is for two hour shifts at a time, (10-noon, noon-2, & 2-4) when volunteering if there is a block that works better please let me know and I’ll do my best to accomodate
-if you have been trained to handle $ for selling RWC merchandise please let me know because it will be important that we always have someone at the booth who has received that training
RWC Authors, do you want to sell your books at the Book Festival on Sept 25?!
You take 100% of sales and get exposure to 7000 attendees, plus, represent RW!
RWC Authors’ Booth
If you have a published book and would like to sell your book at the RWC booth you may want to consider the RWC Authors’ Booth:
- it is $10 for one hour to be paid in advance – Only one hour per author unless the demand is small and there are spaces left
- there is room for two authors per hour; 12 author total (perhaps there can be more if there is a great demand)
- it is first come first serve – so if you are interested please email right away – time slots are given out in the order received.
- author must remain present at the booth for their entire hour
- any payments for books are directly to authors, not through RWC (authors should have any change needed on hand)
- author will have approximately 3 ft of space for books, flyers, bookmarks, etc.
- there will be a flyer with a schedule of authors at the author booth to be handed out at the festival, so please be sure to include in your email a short blurb about the author and book (100 words total)
