*More on Volunteering and RWC Authors’ Booth from Mary McElroy!!
-we need 4 volunteers (at least) at a time to man the booth (we have lots of booth space this year to cover – which is good news!)
-volunteer schedule is for two hour shifts at a time, (10-noon, noon-2, & 2-4) when volunteering if there is a block that works better please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate
-if you have been trained to handle $ for selling RWC merchandise please let me know because it will be important that we always have someone at the booth who has received that training
