Membership Qualifications
The Redwood Branch of the California Writers Club offers several levels of membership. Please refer to REDWOOD WRITERS MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONSfor complete information.
All writers are welcome to join in the classification appropriate to their current level of writing achievement. As achievements increase, members can later advance from Supporting, to Associate, to Active membership. California residence is not required for membership and CWC is open to writers of all genres.

Costs and Fees
RIGHT NOW JOIN FOR HALF-YEAR MEMBERSHIP ONLY! DUES ARE $42.50, AND RUN FROM NOW UNTIL JUNE 30, 2012.
The membership year is July 1 to June 30.
NEW Full Year Membership (joining between July 1 to Dec. 31)= $65.00
Active, Associate, and Supporting Members
(pay a one-time initiation fee of $20.00 in addition to current dues of $45.00 = $65.00). See REDWOOD WRITERS MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS for guidelines on each membership.
To Enroll:
1. By Mail: Must completeRW Membership Application include check to Redwood Writers, and send sample of work outlined below. Address is provided at end of this notice.
2. By E-Mail: Fill out the form below and submit payment via Buy Now Button.
3. Please submit samples of your work with your application: If enrolling via E-Mail, send your work as attachment to Membership Chair at membership@redwoodwriters.org
Or, if by Mail, include information in letter: Titles of Work, Publication Dates, Name of Publisher, and one or two pages of your writing ;
No writing sample necessary for Supporting Members.
NEW Half-Year Membership (joining ONLY between Jan. 1 to June 30) = $42.50.
Active, Associate and Supporting Members
($22.50 plus one time join fee of $20.00 = $42.50).
RENEWAL fees – $45.00 (Due by June 30th of each year)

To Renew:
Via Website: Go to Buy Now button on Renewal Page or send a check in the mail to Membership Chair or bring a check to a Redwood meeting or event.
Student Members = $15.00 a year
Students are ages 8 to 22, or older, if a full-time student.
Joint Members = $20.00 a year.
A Joint Member is one who carries main membership with another CWC Branch.
To Enroll for Student and Joint Membership:
1. Must complete RW Membership Application (RW Membership Application in pdf format) or fill out the form below;
2. Pay dues by scrolling down and using the Appropriate Buy Now Button below, or Mail a check with the completed form.
