A POETRY CONTEST
BREAKING NEWS: Contest Deadline is extended to September 18th!
- No Theme
- Open to the public
- Maximum length: one page each, single spaced
- 12-point size, Times New Roman font style
- Poem(s) must not have been previously published
- Author’s name must not appear on poem(s)
- Deadline: Must be postmarked by September 18, 2010
- Prizes: Top three winners will be dinner guests and featured readers at the Oct. 29 Poetry Eve.
Plus: 1st prize =$50; 2nd prize = $35; 3rd prize = $20 - Winning poems will be published in a special conference newsletter
- Contest judges: Penelope La Montagne, Healdsburg Poet Laureate Emeritus and Gwynn O’Gara, Sonoma County Poet Laureate
$5.00 non-refundable entry fee for each poem, may submit up to three poems
