Redwood Writers 2010 Writers Conference Prose Contest Guidelines
BREAKING NEWS:
Contest Deadline is extended to September 18th!
- Theme: “Change”
- Open to conference registrants only
- Word length: up to 1,500 words, fiction or nonfiction
- 12-point size, Times New Roman font style, double-spaced
- Submission(s) must not have been previously published
- Author’s name must not appear on submission
- Deadline: Must be postmarked by September 18, 2010
- Prizes: 1st Prize – $100, 2nd prize -$50, 3rd prize – $25
- Winners will be announced during the Conference luncheon. Winning entries will be considered for inclusion in Redwood Writers publications
- Optional: A critique of your entry available upon request
$10.00 non-refundable entry fee must accompany each submission, up to 3 submissions for $30
