REGISTRATION

When can I register for the Conference?

Registration opens December 10, 2017. Sign up early for the best prices:

Early Bird: 
December 10 – March 1
Members: $95
Non-members: $150

Regular:
March 2 – April 18 
Members: $135
Non-members: $175

Registration includes continental breakfast and lunch.

Payments must be received by April 18, 2018.

PAYMENT

Can I pay for the Conference by check instead of credit card?

Yes. After completing the online registration form, checks can be mailed to:

Please be sure to write “2018 Conference”
on the memo line.

Regardless of how an attendee pays for the conference—check, credit card or PayPal—everyone must register online here.

Payment must be received by April 18, 2018.

What if I register and then need to cancel?

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by mail and postmarked by Saturday, April 9, 2016. A $50 fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount. Any refund requests postmarked after April 7, 2018, will not receive a refund.

Can I pay for just one or two sessions that are of interest to me?

Sorry, that option is not available.

Can I just attend the Conference for the keynote addresses?

 Sorry, this is not an available option.

Is there a discounted admission price if I can only attend the Conference’s morning sessions?

Sorry, this is not an available option.

CONFERENCE DAY & SESSION QUESTIONS

If I change my mind about the sessions I have signed up to attend, may I switch to another?

Yes, if space is available.

May I record a speaker or breakout session presenter?

Please ask the presenter’s permission first.

Will the presenters have their books for sale?

Yes, presenters will have their books for sale at the Copperfield’s table. Look for both Copperfield’s Book Sales and Redwood Writers merchandise in the lobby.

If I want to purchase books written by speakers or other authors, how will I be able to pay?

Copperfield’s will accept standard forms of payment, including cash or checks and credit cards.

What is the cost to advertise in the conference's program?

VOLUNTEERS

I’d like to volunteer to work at the Conference. Must I register to attend?

Thank you for your interest in volunteering. Yes, you must be a registered attendee to volunteer. Please indicate on the registration form that you would like to volunteer. Your assignment will be made at a later date.
