CWC Literary Review

The Literary Review is on its way to establishing itself as a CWC institution—a juried collection of superior poems, stories, fiction, and nonfiction by members of the California Writers Club.

A Message from the CWC President

We’ve come a long way since South Bay’s David LaRoche launched our first Literary Review in 2012. It matured and flourished thanks to his vision and perseverance. Today it represents two important, tangible benefits: members receive The Literary Review free, and only members may submit for publication.

Twelve years later, you’ll find love, loss, laughter, betrayal, healing, heroism, redwoods, a dragon, and more in this edition. Read. Enjoy. Start drafting, crafting, and polishing your submission(s) for the 2021 Literary Review.

If you haven’t paid your dues yet, please don’t delay. Whatever has changed, we’re still here and we will continue to serve your needs as a writer, and we will meet again. Sail on!
