This form is intended to serve as a streamlining tool for the RW web editor and PR team. We appreciate that there are many details that go into planning RW events, workshops, and anthologies, and this form will help you address those options while offering consistent guidelines for each.

Your input will allow the web editor to create dedicated web pages and any related forms, and for the PR leader(s) to build fliers, press releases, and so on, using your most updated, edited, final information.

NOTE: ALL BIOS MUST BE PROVIDED.

PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THE WEB EDITOR ALREADY HAS BIO INFORMATION FOR YOU OR ANY JUDGES, WORKSHOP TEACHERS, ETC. Even if we already have a bio somewhere on the website, we may not have their most current bio. As well, there are too many pages on the site to go hunting for a single bio.

A note regarding EMAIL FORWARDERS

An RW forwarder email will be set up using the editor-in-chief's email. That forwarder will be used in any related forms, fliers, and on the website.
In addition to RW security factors, the forwarder emails are used to maintain consistency on the website/fliers, and to help protect the recipient from receiving spam and being subject to computer virus threats.

• The Redwood Branch of the California Writers Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the education of writers. As a non-profit organization it is our position that the club and its publications do not engage in any political or religious activities. Stories that promote a specific political or religious doctrine will not be accepted.
• DO NOT place your name or contact information anywhere on your submission. This is a blind judging.
• Submit as a PDF, doc, or docx.
• Wordcount: No more than 2,500 words.

• At the time of submission, include a 50-word professional biography written in third person.
•WORKING WITH EDITORS: For the benefit of our readers and for our growth as writers, we want to help each other hone these works to make them the best possible. As such, each member whose work is accepted will be expected to work with an editor in order to make recommended revisions.
If the editor-in-chief feels that you need to make specific edits for the integrity of the piece, you have the right to refuse; unfortunately, your refusal is grounds for the story to be eliminated from the anthology.

WORDCOUNT: The common wordcount for RW contests and anthologies is a max of 2,500 words. Use the space, below, if the wordcount should be listed as a different amount.
