If you don’t have an email address, please complete paper form (click Next Step Conference Registration Form 2012 ). Mail form and payment (check payable to Redwood Writers) to Redwood Writers c/o Elaine Webster, 977 Dorothea Ct, Windsor, CA 95492

After you submit your registration, please pay below.
To pay online, select Poetry Night or Saturday Conference and then indicate if you are a CWC Member,
Student or not a member at this time. Click appropriate Add to Cart button. After paying for conference,
you can select paying for Poetry Night.
Refund policy: Requests postmarked prior to April 13, 2012 at fee paid less $50. Requests postmarked after April 13, 2012 receive no refund.

Staying the night? We have reserved a block of rooms for the conference at the Flamingo Hotel, 2777 Fourth St, Santa Rosa, CA 95404, 707-523-4745. Please email: registrar@redwoodwriters.org for a booking number to receive the special conference room rate. Then register by phone or on-line at http://www.flamingoresort.com. Discount rates available through March 27, 2012, or until all blocked rooms are filled.
