The Conference Volunteer Coordinator partners with the Conference Chair to organize the many helping hands that make the Sonoma County Writers Conference a success. This role recruits, schedules, and supports volunteers for tasks such as greeting attendees, staffing food and merchandise tables, assembling swag bags, and assisting with setup and cleanup. By ensuring volunteers are prepared and appreciated, the Conference Volunteer Coordinator helps create a smooth, welcoming, and well-run event that reflects the spirit of writers helping writers.
