The Membership Chair manages all aspects of Redwood Writers membership. This includes maintaining accurate records, processing new and renewal applications, and ensuring dues and reports are coordinated with the Treasurer and the California Writers Club. The Chair welcomes new members by enrolling them in club communication platforms and hosting orientations, while also encouraging member retention and growth. By keeping rosters current, addressing hardship requests, and reporting membership updates to the Board, the Membership Chair plays a key role in building a strong, connected, and thriving community of writers.
