The Registration Committee Chair ensures Redwood Writers’ General Membership Meetings run smoothly. This role organizes online meeting setup, recruits volunteers, and oversees registration, merchandise sales, snack tables, and book signings. Duties include providing name tags, greeting members and guests, handling attendance fees and merchandise proceeds, and coordinating with the Treasurer and Membership Chair. By creating a welcoming and well-organized environment, the Registration Chair helps members and visitors feel at home from the moment they arrive.
