The Speaker Coordinator arranges engaging and high-quality speakers for Redwood Writers’ monthly meetings. This includes securing speaker bios and photos for publicity, keeping the President and Board informed of upcoming guests, and handling negotiations about fees or reimbursements (with Board approval). By bringing in inspiring presenters, the Speaker Coordinator helps provide members with fresh ideas, learning opportunities, and motivation for their own writing journeys.
