This role oversees income and expenses, deposits funds, pays bills on time, reconciles bank statements, and maintains inventories and financial records. The Treasurer processes credit card and PayPal payments, handles finance-related correspondence, approves reimbursements, and ensures competitive rates for services. They prepare required quarterly and monthly reports for the California Writers Club, provide clear financial updates to the Board, and keep historical records organized. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys spreadsheets, steady routines, and helping the club stay on solid financial footing.
